ABOUT US
The House on Burton is a spacious, newly renovated monthly vacation rental located on California's beautiful Central Coast in Cambria, CA, less than a mile from Main Street. Our two-story home comfortably sleeps nine guests, and is the perfect gathering space for families and friends traveling together.
The second floor features the main bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom, as well as a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining room. The first floor features a full bathroom, two bedrooms (one with two queen beds and one with a queen bed and a futon), and a washer and dryer.
We're located just a mile from downtown Cambria, where you'll find unique shops, wine tasting, bakeries, restaurants, markets, and more. Our coastal gem, Moonstone Beach, is just a five-minute drive and the world-famous Hearst Castle is only 15 minutes away.
YOUR HOSTS
The House on Burton is a Moonstone Hotel Property operated by our hosts Jessie and Bram. Jessie is a full-time working mom to her son Barrett and their rescue pups, Dexter & Brutus, and their 5 goats Finn, Buckley, Etta, Ella, and Autumn. They live on a nearby ranch where they farm avocados and seasonal produce. Jessie moved to the beautiful Central Coast over 20 years ago after visiting family every year since she was a child. Her husband, Bram, was born and raised in Cambria and has grown up in the hospitality industry.
Together they own and operate several local hotels and have an extensive background in hospitality and customer service. You can rest assured that when you stay at one of their properties, you are being taken care of by some of the best professionals in the industry.

The minimum age to rent the House on Burton is 25. No smoking, no parties or events, and no additional guests are allowed other than those included in the booking request. Signed Rental Agreement, Liability Release & Pet Agreement (if applicable) required. We do not accept 3rd party bookings. The person requesting the reservation must be staying at the house, no exceptions.
